Once the cup holder bracket installed when putting the cup into place both cup enter tightly into the attachment. I did not give it too much thoughts. After using the equipment I removed the cup and in the process it was difficult and came close to clotting my hand and was when I saw the fractures in both cups it when I notified by email Dayne Rusch what happened requesting 2 replacement and he referred me to sales explaining what happened.
