LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Vyper Engineering, LLC ("Vyper," "Vyper Industrial," "we," "us," or "our") takes pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product ("you") that all Vyper products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the conditions in this document.

Important: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only—issues caused by our production process, not by unintentional misuse, accidents, or wear over time.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from a Vyper website; and
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the instructions during the Warranty Period, we will replace, at our discretion, without charge, the defective product or part.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (punctures, tears, drops, crushing)

  • Normal wear and tear (seat compression, fading, upholstery wear)

  • Unintentional misuse or use accidental overloading

  • Damage from chemicals, welding sparks, or environmental factors

  • Third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts

  • Scratches, cosmetic damage, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time

We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products / parts but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product / parts still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product / part will be replaced with a similar or equivalent product / part or color based on availability.

Any custom embroidered seats still under its applicable warranty will be replaced with a standard seat. 

We may make changes to products and designs in between the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To obtain warranty service:

  • Contact our Customer Service at 920-301-3822 or email us at sales@vyperindustrial.com

  • Provide proof of purchase including date, order number, and name on the order

  • Describe the defect in detail and provide photos if requested

  • Follow instructions provided by our Customer Service representative

 

Note: The Products being ordered by Buyer are warranted by the Seller to substantially conform with the specifications agreed to by the Seller and Buyer and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period as designated above (or such other period as may be mutually agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller) from the date of actual delivery to Buyer, provided the Products are (as applicable) stored, handled, fabricated and/or installed in the manner recommended by Seller. Seller’s sole and exclusive obligation, and Buyer's sole and exclusive right, with respect to claims under this warranty shall be limited, at Seller’s option, either to (a) the replacement or repair of a defective or non-conforming Product, or (b) an appropriate credit for the purchase price thereof. Seller shall have a reasonable time to repair, replace or credit.  This warranty shall not be interpreted to provide coverage for, and Seller shall not be liable or responsible for, any costs associated with any value added improvements or modifications made to the Products or for any product in which the Products have been incorporated into by Buyer or any other third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall have no obligations for breach of warranty if the alleged defect or non-conformance is found to have occurred as a result of: environmental or stress testing, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, improper repair, alteration, modification, improper storage, improper transportation or improper handling of the Products, after the risk of loss in the Products has passed to Buyer.
