Vyper Warranty
We’re dedicated to making some of the highest quality products on the market. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if there’s an issue with your Vyper product, we provide the below warranty.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Vyper Engineering, LLC (“Vyper,” “Vyper Industrial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all Vyper products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the below conditions.
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have purchased the product from a Vyper website; and
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions.
If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the instructions during the Warranty Period, we will replace, at our discretion, without charge, the defective product or part.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

All parts to the products below have a five-year Warranty Period (the parts listed above have a Lifetime Warranty) from the date of purchase:

We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products / parts but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product / parts still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product / part will be replaced with a similar or equivalent product / part or color based on availability.
Any custom embroidered seats still under its applicable warranty will be replaced with a standard seat.
We may make changes to products and designs in between the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Note: The Products being ordered by Buyer are warranted by the Seller to substantially conform with the specifications agreed to by the Seller and Buyer and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period as designated above (or such other period as may be mutually agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller) from the date of actual delivery to Buyer, provided the Products are (as applicable) stored, handled, fabricated and/or installed in the manner recommended by Seller. Seller’s sole and exclusive obligation, and Buyer's sole and exclusive right, with respect to claims under this warranty shall be limited, at Seller’s option, either to (a) the replacement or repair of a defective or non-conforming Product, or (b) an appropriate credit for the purchase price thereof. Seller shall have a reasonable time to repair, replace or credit. This warranty shall not be interpreted to provide coverage for, and Seller shall not be liable or responsible for, any costs associated with any value added improvements or modifications made to the Products or for any product in which the Products have been incorporated into by Buyer or any other third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall have no obligations for breach of warranty if the alleged defect or non-conformance is found to have occurred as a result of: environmental or stress testing, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, improper repair, alteration, modification, improper storage, improper transportation or improper handling of the Products, after the risk of loss in the Products has passed to Buyer.
Turbo Fan Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
COVERAGE
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your 24" Turbo Fan & 72" Turbo Fan under normal use and maintenance.
Warranty Period: This warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED
During the warranty period, we will, at our option:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal value
- Refund the original purchase price
All replaced parts and products become our property. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
SPECIFIC COMPONENT COVERAGE
- Motor Assembly: One (1) year
- Fan Blades: Two (2) years
- Housing and Frame: Five (5) years
- Switches and Controls: One (1) year
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper installation
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature
- Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
- Damage from operation outside of electrical ratings or environmental specifications
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
- Products with serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or defaced
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers
- Shipping damage (claims must be filed directly with the carrier)
- Commercial use exceeding 8 hours per day
- Damage caused by power surges or inadequate power supply
- Unauthorized modifications or "do-it-yourself" repairs
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service:

- Provide proof of purchase including date, order number and name in which the order was placed under
- Describe the problem in detail
- Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service representative
You may be required to return the product to a designated service center. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the product for warranty service, and the product must be securely packaged to prevent shipping damage. Products can only be submitted for warranty from the original buyer. Re-sale items are not available for warranty.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Properly install, operate, and maintain the product according to all provided instructions
- Retain proof of original purchase
- Promptly report any defects or issues
- Provide reasonable access to the product for service
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
GOVERNING LAW
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Return Policy
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Vyper proudly backs all products with a 30-day, 105% money-back guarantee. Any purchases made after June 2023, may be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery for a refund of 105% (that's 100% of your product purchase price PLUS Vyper will cover the return shipping costs).* Vyper will provide you a return shipping label back to our facility. To expedite your refund when we have received your product back at our HQ, please include a copy of your order confirmation email within the package so our team can quickly locate your order in our system.
