Vyper will provide you a return shipping label back to our facility.* To expedite your refund when we have received your product back at our HQ, please include a copy of your order confirmation email within the package so our team can quickly locate your order in our system. 

Scenario 1: You spent over $200 on our site and you received free shipping on your order. If you wanted to return this within 30 days in it's original packaging, you would receive a full refund PLUS we would cover the shipping cost back to Vyper HQ. 

Scenario 2: You spent under $200 on our site and you paid for shipping on your order. If you wanted to return this within 30 days in it's original packaging, you would receive a full refund PLUS we would cover the shipping cost back to Vyper HQ. You would not receive a refund for the shipping paid on your original order.

If for some reason you would ever be dissatisfied, contact us to return your product within 30 days of your purchase. Vyper will cover the shipping from your location back to our facility. Guarantees are applicable to purchases made from vyperindustrial.com only.
